Returns Policy

We regret we are unable to accept returns on our custom and personalised items, unless we have made a mistake/error on our part or if the item is damaged. We also cannot accept returns on custom or personalised items due to incorrect sizes, we have provided detail in description on some listings on our website about sizing to ensure that your item fits correctly.

Please post your goods back to us within 14 days of the date the order arrives, we will notify you once received and issue your refund via your original method of payment. Please note that we will only refund the cost of the item and not the original delivery charge. There are no refunds or exchanges on personalised custom-made clothing.

Please ensure all items upon delivery are checked over and your happy with the goods.

We comply with all laws concerning the use, storage and protection of data, including the General Data Protection Regulation (or GDPR). The information you provide to us for your orders is only used by Esme's Little Closet and is only used to provide you with your products. Your personal information will NOT be passed onto any third-party companies unless the necessary consent has been provided. We can assure you that all data sent to us is stored securely and will be held under a password protection.

Esme's Little Closet may use pictures of yourself, or your children, wearing our items of clothing for our promotional purposes. These may be on our Instagram Page, Facebook Group, this website or another promotional feature such as a leaflet. In order for us to use your pictures we require you to provide us with the necessary consent, so that we can freely use these images. We only accept payments from Paypal and bank transfers, these are organised by Shopify.com and are secure ways to pay, information is stored securely and safely. No information will be distributed to third-parties and is used only for the purpose of payment and telling us where to send your clothes! You will be sent a confirmation of purchase to the e-mail you have set, whether it is as form of a Paypal receipt or bank transfer confirmation. All information and images supplied to us are of the highest importance and are secured appropriately.
